Stuart coaches: Leadership, Neurodiversity, Access and Disability, Mental Health, and Addiction.

Stuart’s coaching practice has evolved from his independent creative research, training and lived experiences.

He brings resilience, commitment and care as an embodied practice.

His presence has been shaped by his experiences as a queer man who has navigated mental health crisis, addiction, HIV, neurodiversity and burn out, whilst maintaining a career in the dance and cultural sector.

Lived experiences become your expertise, and Stuart brings a background in learning how to adapt, transform, listen and stay connected to the vision and goal.

How will the coaching space support you?

For a lot of people, creating space for themselves is a challenge so engaging in a coaching commitment is a big first step in working towards the future you want.

Rapport building, trust and transparency are central to Stuart’s practice.

Privacy and confidentiality are two values that hold the conditions of the space. Confidentiality allows us to take the risks we need to explore dreams and thoughts, and to hear our own words and thinking out loud, perhaps thoughts we have never shared?

A confidential space creates the safety we need to explore possibilities, let go of thoughts or behaviours which no longer serve us and encourages the honesty and self-leadership we need in order to grow.

Stuart’s embodied and reflective practice is always evolving; always striving to discover more about intersectional, diverse, inclusive and safe approaches.

Stuart’s approach is calm, creative and compassionate.

How will the relationship work?

Coaching is a collaboration. The space is co-created between Stuart and the client. He meets the client where they are and follows them.

The relationship is consent driven and Stuart asks for permission to challenge the client.

Both the space and the relationship is contracted, setting the standards to meet individual needs, manage expectations and set the coaching relationship and practice with commitment.
